About
I have 15 years experience of developing people. My background is in leadership & management in the public & private sectors of the environmental and agricultural industries. I have worked with public sector leaders & managers to deliver changes in services, culture and technology, and the private sector developing a family farming business.
Experiencing a change of industry, where I knew very little, encouraged me to ask questions, possibly ones they weren’t usually asked, and to really listen. This, along with my experience supporting colleagues with their professional development, led me to coaching. I am passionate about supporting others to develop themselves and driven by the positive impact their decisions have on themselves and their working environment. Throughout my career I have experienced the power connection and collaboration can have on individuals and their wider industry and now see that in my coaching too.
I am immersed in the agricultural industry as a managing director of our family farming business, R A Gibson, along with my brother. I am married to farmer Ed and we live with our two children on a farm in Cambridgeshire, UK.
I am due to complete the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching & Mentoring in Summer 2026, hopefully before harvest & the school holidays!
I work within school hours and during term time, with some flexibility offered.
