I collect or use the following information to provide and improve products and services for clients:

Names and contact details are stored securely in electronic form on a laptop & phone, both with access codes which only I know.

My lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide and improve products and services for clients are:

  • Contract – I have to collect or use the information because you have asked me to do something before entering into a contract or so I can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.

  • Directly from you, via the website form or by email.

How long I keep information

  • The retention period is 1 year after you provided your information through the website or by email initially.

If you remain unhappy with how I’ve used your data after raising a complaint with me, you can also complain to the ICO.
